Excessive taxation creates fear, anger, frustration, financial insecurity, demotivation, sense of exploitation & anxiety It kills morale. It encourages people to migrate & evade taxes. It reduces purchasing power thus reduces consumption It discourages growth, hard work & honesty.

By the time your 15k monthly SIP becomes 1cr one day, their Crores will become 100 crores. They will eat your 1cr in their breakfast. All those properties you wanted to buy at 1 Crore will be selling at 10 crores. The value of 1cr will become 10L

The vehicle owner asked to fill the car tank. Capacity was 70 litres but 77 litres poured. Upon investigation it was 57 litres only.

I started my job at 3L 20 years back. Flats were available at 25L. At 40L, at very good locality, large 3bhk were available. Rents were 8-10k 2bhk. 10-12k 3bhk in Bangalore, noida, hyd & pune. Today decent 3bhk costs 1.7cr under construction. Rents 45k Salaries are still 3-7L.

If inflation is 4.75% then why my owner increased rents by 10%, my school kids increased by 15%. Cost of flights, hotels, Apparels, electronics, automobiles, furniture, medical, insurance, housing etc increased by 12-20%. This 4.5% rate is only applicable to FM & RBI governor.

Painful to see colleagues buying homes at late 30's & 40's. Price 1.6cr + registration+ interiors. Overall 2.1cr -2.5cr. Almost everyone broke PF, MF, RSU's for down payment. EMI is 1.2L+ for 20 years. Kids are still below std 1. Salaries not growing, layoffs can happen any day.

Dear middle class, you yourself are responsible for your decline today. Your kids school fees, housing is tripled. They charged 18% tax on insurance, 28% on Scooters. They imposed taxes on PF. They didn't change tax slabs for 10 years. Your savings reduced and debt increased.

My suggestions for the IT employees. 1. Be hands on & up to date on AI. 2. Don't take any major loans including home loans. 3. Defer car purchase, travel to home, vacations. 4. Kids fees should not exceed 1.5L/year. 5. Start arranging secondary accommodation. 6. Keep CV ready.
