Cause knights were killing them regularly still. The Romans kept them in check but after the empire fell apart they went crazy numbers wise. The dark ages were dark because everyone was busy killing dinosaurs.
My somewhat regular reminder that I have a wife, 6 children, 50 chickens, 35 goats, 21 acres, a tractor, a boat, more cars than I’d like to admit… all on a single income and I don’t make anywhere close to the 6 figures this lady suggests JUST the kids would require.
