00:00 - Replying to @JAMvsJAMAdult Survivors Act suspended the statute of limitations (3 years from incident of abuse) and allowed those to sue. This act was only for a year. A good example is someone being abused for 10 years being told why didn’t they away before 3 years came up, mid abuse.
