    No Sir, the Supreme Court has not asked the parties to REFUND electoral bond money to their donors.. The Supreme Court has ordered the parties to RETURN the bonds which were NOT cashed till yesterday.. You were the Chief Election Commissioner of this country ONCE.. I am surprised
