- My first (and at the moment my last) 25k is in the books ✅ I had a lot of time to think & talk to myself out of the course today. #1 takeaway was “Keep moving forward!” At times it was a walk, sometimes it was a limp, but regardless it was moving forward.
- Coming home to this is everything! Our 6 yr. old wanted to put our 1 yr. old to bed and ended up falling asleep with him. #MyBoys #BrothersKeeper

- At the breakfast table this morning I ask our 3 year old son what he wants to thank God for, he quickly replied: Michael Jordan, Food, and Giraffes. I’m so grateful that he’s growing his understanding of God, and I’ve managed to give him an appreciation of MJ! #ProudDadMoments
- Going on the road and getting HUGE team win is great, but nothing beats returning home to my little guy! #BlessedAndGrateful
