    H.R.3684 Infrastructure bill passed. Digital Assets are now covered securities. Reporting will be ushered in for all crypto brokers to report to IRS data on activity from 1/1-12/31/23 of all crypto transfers to other non US brokers (private wallets/offshore) #XRP #SEC #Ripple

    Real reason there’s a tax professional shortage? Tax is one of the most complicated laws you can study. And every year our government tries to simplify it, they make it more complex. Maybe the warning here is the lack of tax professionals, and the problem is the code 🤷‍♂️

    This is a huge damn deal for the #NFT space. You’ve got 15 days to report this information on Form 8300 and violation of 6050i is a felony. A Felony for selling NFTs, because digital asset is now concerned as “cash” for this provision. Insane.

    Reading closer they have added “Digital Assets” into 6050i which means that any individual who receives $10,000 or more in crypto MUST report it to the IRS.

    The paper actually states the birth rates are lower because of all of those reasons, but they don't believe they can explain the depth of that decline. I think it's pretty simple, it's the result of long-term income inequality and a cut in benefits for all workers over the

    Chief Legal Officer for @coinbase the largest exchange to delist #XRP, because of the SEC v. Ripple lawsuit. Now the SEC is flat out saying AMP, RLY, DDX, XYO, RGT, LCX, POWR, DFX, KROM are securities (some are ETH contracts) and @coinbase is allowing continual trading still.

    #Ripple being questioned- So what is XRP? Ripple- " it transfers value and we have developed software that helps banks manage KYC/AML regulations of digital assets. The exact thing FINCEN and the US Treasury mention in their 72pg regulation that #Bitcoin can't do."Good show ahead

    🚨The Kraken has been released Kraken has notified account holders en-mass today they will be turning over cryptocurrency transaction information to the IRS in entirety on their users. This includes: - Name - Date of Birth - Tax ID - Address - Transactions from 2016-20 👇

    Flare ( $FLR ) AIRDROP for US CITIZENS who hold $XRP..... IS taxable per IRS Rev.Ruling 2019-24 irs.gov/pub/irs-drop/r… This ruling is authoritative guidance for the same factual circumstances outlined in the ruling, which fits the same factual circumstance $FLR is airdropped.
