- I'm an NCAA certified basketball scout followed on Twitter by hundreds of college coaches and subscribed to by even more than that. If you think your kid has to score 40 points when I see them play for me to know how good she is, you don't know how scouting or basketball works.
- Here's a novel idea. What if we just cheered for our team? Encourage them. Don't yell out what they did wrong or should do (since, you know, they have a coach and all). Don't yell at the refs. DEFINITELY don't yell stuff about the other team. Just be a supporter for your kids.
- Here is a letter to all of the basketball parents out there. Please read it and share it. It is free, so you don't have to be a subscriber.
- Every time I sit through a boys game at these tournaments waiting for my next game, I'm reminded why I love girls/womens basketball so much.
- We gonna look back on this Oklahoma girls 2025 class the way we do the boys 1982 class? Three NBA players (Tisdale, Price and Bowie) and many D-I stars (Davis, Hale, Kennedy, etc.). Keziah, Keeley, McKenzie, Marcayla, Janiyah, Sania, Laynee, Seleh. Could be history making.
- Here at @OklahomaPWP's new facilities in Tulsa and it is quite a set-up! Enjoying the scrimmage. Top class all the way. Wouldn't expect any less from PWP!

- It's been a while since I've seen @KeeleyParks04 back on the court, but man, it's like she hasn't missed a beat. Great to see her back to playing hard-nosed basketball, driving hard to the lane, playing physical defense, and doing all of the little things that make her great!
- I have an idea for everyone angry about the Oklahoma 2022 rankings... make your own! Go out and scout 200+ players over the course of three years and write scouting reports, organize, rank and refine them and then publish them for all of us to debate. Don't worry. I'll wait.
- Players, don't be discouraged if I don't write about you immediately following a tourney/showcase. I keep copious notes for future rankings and articles. I am in CONSTANT communication with college coaches and there's a good chance I have put your name out there at some point.
- Seeing @TeamGriffinGBB play with and without @GentryBaldwin is like watching two different teams. She RUNS the show and it is glorious to watch. Coaches, there's a big game coming up at 4:40 here at Solid Rock. You're gonna want to be here. Trust me. #PGHBattleInTheBigFriendly
- Parents... we come to watch your kids, not to listen to you berate the refs and whine incessantly about blown calls. DON'T 👏 MESS 👏 THIS 👏 RECRUITING 👏 THING 👏 UP 👏 FOR 👏 YOUR 👏 KID 👏. That is all.
