- Replying to @WHO and @DrMikeRyanThe mRNA vaccines don't work. They provide no immunity. They do not prevent infection. There's every indication that they cause illness in some recipients because of the alteration of the spike protein. So I'd suggest that this tweet is deliberately misleading.
