- Dear Channel 12, please do better - "so-called 'raiding' of encampments" !?!?! When police and public works departments are used to arrest our unhoused neighbors, seize their shelters & belongings & then destroy them, that is not a "so-called raid," that is a raid.Protesters gathered at Providence City Hall Wednesday to demand acceptable shelter for the city’s homeless population and for police to end the so-called “raiding” of encampments. trib.al/blPzOBx
