- Flush aortic occlusion at the renals with left leg rest pain. Still a great surgery
- Seen by spine surgeons for 24 months with multiple unsuccessful injections, replace that with a CLINICAL EXAM!!!
- Juxtarenal AAA with no neck on a 57 year old patient Open tube graft still a GREAT option!!!!!!
- CCA - ICA bypass due to severe long spiral plaque, please don’t stent these lol
- Gangrenous left toes second opinion after amp was offered harvested RLE SV with Fem-Distal AT bypass, no amp salvaged limb
00:00 - Contained rupture on CT perc with Gore device and Manta closure device
