Most office jobs are glorified UBI. People answer a few emails, chat with coworkers, sit in a meeting or two, then go home.

If your wife wants to stay home with the kids... It's your job to make that happen no matter what. Put the video games & beer down and figure it out. I was making 42k/yr and we were broke when my wife asked to stay home. I did freelance gigs at night on the side Lived on 5

Facebook was founded in 2004 by drunk college kids. Worth $573B. Up 449% since 2012 IPO. Twitter was founded in 2006 also by a college kid. Worth $34B. Up 8% since 2013 IPO (in greatest bull market ever) Every Twitter board member should've already quit years ago.

We're in a restaurant bubble To now the point where going out to eat doesn't even make sense anymore. Just last week... PANERA: Family of 6 (4 young kids) - 6 entrees & 6 drinks was $73. LOCAL GRILL: 6 entrees, 2 waters & 4 kid drinks - $78 (they also charged me a surprise

Most common DM I get is about medical bills: Never pay the first medical bill you get. It's the suckers bill. Think usury. Just throw it out. 40% chance you never hear from them again 40% chance you get 5 more then offered a big discount 20% chance you go to war

I'm telling you from experience... once you hit around 300k/yr, your life doesn't get "more happy" grinding to "millions" - Make ~300k+ - Have a lot of kids you go to recitals for, coach etc - Date your wife - Make new friends - Live in a great area/community - Keep trying new

Travel sports for kids is a $39B industry Insane parents take out 2nd mortgages & lose their weekends for yrs for their kid to end up riding pine at a D2 college Save your $$$ & take your kids around the world instead. They'll learn more & you'll put on less weight.

"Taking care of the elderly" used to be to allow your parents to live w/ you. they'd help with the grandkids, etc. Today... "Taking care of the elderly" = retirees must have 20 years of comfort, no taxes, multiple vacations, let them stay in their big, empty McMansion, water

Early retirees like Bill & Shelly will see their health insurance premiums increase nearly 300%—from $442 to $1,700 per month if Congressional Republicans refuse to extend the enhanced tax credits. That's an extra $15K a year families can't afford. cnbc.com/2025/10/17/aca…

"We have a 2.7% mortgage, we're never moving." Umm... If wifey comes to you and says "we need to move to XYZ school district", it doesn't matter if rates are 19%, you'll likely be packing boxes soon.

Quit my job with a 1 yr old, 17k in bank & a lot of debt. Wife said "You better be right about this" 1st day, I lay on our bed, had a panic attack saying "I can't do this" Without missing a beat she says while holding our daughter "Better figure it out" then walked out of room

Issue isn't he has a celebrity crush. Everyone does. It's you don't embarrass your lady in public... one of the worst things you can do. (and vice versa)
