We are 1/2 way through our NCAA D3 season. It’s laughable how tightly umpires are enforcing the NCAA’s pace of play new rules. Can’t call time at plate, rushing pitchers through warmups, can’t step off the rubber etc. Baseball is not on a time clock, and never ever should be
