    Mental Toughness is not necessarily acquired, it can be developed. 5 things Mentally Tough people DON’T do: 1) Dwell on the past 2) Feel sorry for themselves 3) Feel the world owes them 4) Quit after a few failures 5) Resent others success ATTACK THE DAY!!!
