    Berkeley's tallest building was just approved. • 27 stories • 456 units • 14,400 square feet for retail • Parking for 36 cars & 304 bicycles Growing up in Berkeley, I NEVER thought anything like this would ever get built. I was wrong.

    A 72-story residential tower was just approved by San Francisco... • 672 apartments • parking for 149 cars & 456 bicycles • bridge connecting to rooftop park (Salesforce Park) • current site is a surface lot (see last photo) • property last sold in 2003 for $4.1 million

    Some guys bought an old abandoned high school for $100k and converted it into 31 apartments. The old auditorium is now a resident’s lounge. They kept the original chalkboards in some of the apartments. All-in for $3.3M. What do you think?

    New tenant application just rolled in. 517 credit score. 3 evictions. Unfortunately, I had to deny them. It's tough...because I want them to find a place to live. But at the end of the day they have to take responsibility. How forgiving are you on credit scores?

    Two new towers proposed in San Francisco.... They'd be 58-stories and 51-stories. The lot was demo'd in 2020 and has sat vacant since. This project would bring: • 1,500 apartment units • 468 parking spaces • 2,300 sq ft of retail 📍San Francisco (SOMA)
