- Elon Musk won't be the only person voting Republican for the first time this year.
- In-N-Out's response to being shut down by San Francisco: “We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government. We fiercely disagree with any government dictate that forces a private company to discriminate against customers who choose to patronize their business.”
- It’s official. 1.5 million signatures.
- It appears increasingly likely that Kamala Harris will run for Governor of California in 2026. Which means it’s increasingly possible California will elect a Republican Governor in 2026.
- The Judge has ruled in our case against Gavin Newsom. We won. The Judge found good cause to issue a permanent injunction restraining the Governor from issuing further unconstitutional orders.
- I've just received word that the vaccine passport bill, AB 455, is dead for the year.
- The race has just been called in our favor. This secures a Republican Majority in the House of Representatives.
- It’s official. The Secretary of State has verified enough signatures to trigger an election for the removal of Gavin Newsom as Governor.
- We won. The bill to let minors get vaccinated without parental consent is officially dead.
- Newsom has vetoed a raise for firefighters, calling it too costly. Spending $300 million on gerrymandering is a much higher priority.
- Says the Governor who dined at a 5-Michelin-star while banning Thanksgiving for the rest of us, sent his own kids to in-person private school while shutting down our public schools, and vacationed in Montana while enforcing a ban on state travel to red states.
- Another loss for Newsom as San Diego restaurants can now open. "Given every opportunity, the State has provided the Court with no evidence" to justify the closures, the Judge ruled.
- Governor Newsom's team is "increasingly concerned" about the recall against him, Politico reports.
