    Pelosi planned it so that it would disrupt the Congressional review of the election fraud and create a crisis which would authorize her to employ "emergency" rules which expedited the hearing, bypassing all discussions of the fraud. Pretty clever, actually...

    I was in the first PATRIOT missile Bn that the Army formed and was involved in the final acceptance testing. Even back in the 1980's the first gen PATRIOT was an extremely accurate system. When the software was upgraded to deal with Scuds, it got even better.
