The Protestant God is false. The "Jesus" they claim to worship - born of an ordinary woman, founding no church, instituting no sacraments except a purely symbolic baptism and Eucharist, acknowledging no authority higher than Scripture (interpreted by themselves) - never existed.

"Through Catholic glasses" is the only correct way to read the Bible. The entire Bible was written for Catholics and the New Testament was written 𝘣𝘺 Catholics. Your interpretations of Scripture have no more validity than Satan's interpretations during the temptation of Christ.

By this reckoning, most Catholics are going to hell. Being pastored by a priest who shares the wicked views of the majority is a nightmare that the minority who actually desire to be saved know only too well. Good riddance to such priests and welcome to the faithful newcomers.

How did so many Protestants get deceived into thinking the Eucharist is just a symbol? For 1,500 years, no Christian believed that. Even Luther and Calvin rejected it.

I'd suppose the person with the belief set "similar to Satan's" would be the one going around telling people not to get baptized, not to eat Christ's flesh and blood, not to pray for each other, all while believing that their private Bible interpretations came directly from God.

Protestants are calling this a strawman. As if you can go five minutes on Catholic 𝕏 without some Short-Bible Christian barging in to call us all idolaters because only God can hear prayers, dispense graces, be venerated, or "intercede" (a sign of defective Christology).
