    #EUAfrica High Level Group, focus on digital partnerships. Africa is an incredibly innovative environment. Connectivity infrastructure is fundamental, with public-private partnerships at the core. Regulation is key. Need to think big. #AfricaEuropeAlliance #DigitalPartnerships
