    On #CerebralPalsyAwareness Day - Proud to be a mother of an extraordinary child w/ "CP" - and raise his sister with empathy, strength and grace. Grateful for teachers, therapists, doctors, nurses and caregivers from @HMSSchoolCP & @ChildrensPhila who have truly saved his life.

    This is my extraordinary little family that inspires me each day; I am most proud of my role as Mom. Sometimes I trade bedtime stories for @Sixers Press Conferences or chase my 5-year-old around @NJDevils locker room; but proud my HBSE family respects & supports its working Moms.

    One year ago, a liver transplant saved my older son's life. Yesterday, the @NJDevils surprised him with an experience he will never forget. Words cannot express how grateful we are to the players that gave their time to meet with him. #NowWeRise #DonateLIfe
