"The bigger problem with @DAcemogluMIT’s suggestion that computational abilities can solve Hayek’s challenge is that Hayek wasn’t merely thinking about computation and the communication of information." - @LawEconCenter's @BrianCAlbrecht at @TOTMblog

Introducing our first batch of "ICLE tl;dr" explainers. Short and clear briefings on key issues for those who desire brevity, but not at the expense of sophistication. The first six, by our @s8mb and @geoffmanne, focus on #antitrust and #Competition.

Great to see @TomCottonAR and @committeeonccp taking this seriously. As our Sr. Competition Scholar @DanielJGilman1 points out - the @FTC should not be attacking American companies by leveraging the testimony of their foreign competitors. See his full analysis in the comments 👇

It's deeply concerning that Joe Biden's FTC worked with companies controlled by the Chinese Communist Party to target American firms. I'm grateful that President Trump will ensure our agencies serve Americans -- and don't do business to help our adversaries.
