I visited an abandoned R1.3 Billion Stadium! This stadium was meant to be the new home of KAIZER CHIEFS. The project was led by Mogale City Municipality, the Gauteng Provincial Government, Kaizer Chiefs and Lefika Emerging Equity. Over R1 Billion was promised to the residents
