If you can't AFFORD Medical Care you are DENIED Medical Care. LEGISLATORS say people DON'T CARE about Healthcare Reform so they ARE NOT going to FIX it.

You don’t understand. MDs are employees yet are not payed hourly but on production. Yet corporate medicine overhead is 75% meaning the MD gets 25% of what insurance pays them. Everyone you mentioned gets paid hourly unless they are company owners. I own my practice. I keep 75%.

Medicare SUCKS! You’re right. Yesterday I had to argue with a United Healthcare representative why a patient with a Catastrophic stroke who is bedridden needs depends diapers. I’m a State Licensed Board Certified Family Physician. My order wasn’t good enough. Every second I was

C Diff smells like moldy hay to me. You can smell a GI bleed in the hallway. Ketones have a sweet smell. I was at a party 25 years ago and was talking to an older guy whose dad was a Doc back in the day. He told me his dad told him he could smell a patient with Cholera. That's

I’m a Family Physician. I lost 2 jobs because Medicare and Medicaid paid me so poorly. I was banned from the community due to Contract Noncompetes and we had to move. My kids suffered the consequences. I’m never accepting Medicare or Medicaid again. Direct Primary Care. I cost

We don’t have a Physician Shortage. We have a Physician TIME Shortage. Obamacare forced Doctors to use EMRs instead of paper charts GREATLY decreasing efficiency. Now over 50% of Physician’s TIME is spent on Administrative tasks, what used to be done by Health Insurance

Wait, who cooked up the original “Trump-Russia” Hoax? We voted Democrats out exactly because of posts like this. Sen Warner was on X last week with Schiff. Why would you associate with someone who needs a Pardon? hypocrite. I can’t wait for mid terms.

The AMA does nothing. Residents with a 4 year MD get paid $60,000/yr with over $300,000 in debt. A Nurse Practitioner here can get paid $110,000/year with $35,000 in debt. Undergrad not included. NPs can be Dermatologists on Friday and Cardiologists on Monday.

The cheapest lawyer hourly rate is in West Virginia, $195/hr. Doesn’t the lowest paid Physician at least deserve $195/hr? 1. Physicians work 50-60 hours a week. Including seeing patients, charting and administrative tasks for your insurance company. Let’s assume short weeks, 50

We only produce 25000 drs a year.We produce nearly 200000 nurses a year. We have a population of 340 million. We are moving to drs providing less of our care. It's not good but I don't see a way around it without shortening medical education and making it more attractive to

I'm a Direct Primary Care Family Physician. Refusing to see an unvaccinated patient is UNETHICAL and a VIOLATION of a Physician's sacred Hippocratic Oath. We don't refuse to see noncompliant diabetics, alcoholics or drug addicts. We don't refuse to see sick people, ESPECIALLY

I was an engineer as well. I have a Masters from Duke with a published Thesis in Structural Engineering. Found these old notes this weekend. I’m a Family Physician now. It takes more than math. It takes compassion.

Why are Corporate Healthcare Administrators getting Pay RAISES while Physicians getting Pay cuts? We have a Physician SHORTAGE not an Administrative Shortage. Why is the IRS auditing voting citizens instead of Nonvoting, “Donating”, “Nonprofits”? Hospitals are also UNTAXED

Would you agree that Physicians deserve to be paid a FAIR Hourly wage? Lawyers bill in 6 minute increments! They bill for time! Lawyers also bill their clients all the additional costs of the case. Physicians don’t bill for time. Physicians bill, RVUs, Relative Value Units.

The Healthcare Big Short - “Credentialing”. A word made up by Health Insurance. It’s why Doctors can’t open their own practice and bill insurance and worsens the Doctor Shortage. Health Insurance won’t pay for 3 months because of the “Credentialing” process. Medicare 6 months.

Direct Primary Care saved my career and my well being. I'm a Family Physician, not a PCP. While others say it's not possible we are doing it. We even have cash specialists. Our cash Cardiologist is full and turning away new patients. He charges $30 for an EKG that the Hospital
