- BREAKING: Face masks to be mandatory statewide in Kentucky, per executive order of Gov. Andy Beshear, effective at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 10. Masks must be worn in retail, grocery and other public-facing businesses. The order is for 30 days. Story with more details to follow.
