- I'm enormously honoured to have been selected by Morecambe and Lunesdale members to be Labour's candidate at the next general election. It's a huge task to win an election but I know that as a team we can deliver the change so desperately needed in M&L and the country at large.
- This from @PollingReportUK shows @UKLabour can win Morecambe and Lunesdale. It's no secret that I want to be the person unseating the Conservative incumbent and I think if we do the work as a team we can pull it off.
- Some awful deaths cannot be helped by even the best palliative care. Tom deserved a painless death and instead he choked to death on his own faeces. This is why I am voting for @kimleadbeater's Choice at the End of Life Bill.
- In order to support @MorecambeFC and the @shrimpstrust I've joined the All Party Parliamentary Group for Football Supporters. I'm campaigning for a strong new independent football regulator and a structure that works for every league.
