The constant infiltration of white folks into Black and other POC spaces only comes from a place of white privilege and racism. That's why "reverse racism" (not a real thing) is their first go to when we tell them this space isn't for them. /2

The difference is pretty clear: We create spaces for us so that we can protect and celebrate ourselves in the face of mass hatred for simply existing. A lot of White folks create spaces to exclude and dehumanize us on the basis of racism and hate. /3

Why am I not surprised that once again thin non-black people are coming for @lizzo ?! I also just do not agree with the idea that shapewear is inherently fatphobic. Shapewear helps me A FAT PERSON, with chronic pain and to be able to move freely in my body as it is.
