- A DREAM COME TRUE!! After working on this issue for nine years - so proud that @GovernorVA has signed my bill, HB 1547-the Virginia Dream Act-into law. For the first time, undocumented youth in Virginia will have access to in-state tuition at public colleges and universities!!
