- Last week, I had the privilege of connecting with Tribal liaisons from across our state agencies. Over the past several years, we've made meaningful progress in embedding Tribal consultation and partnership into state government, and I’m incredibly grateful for their work.
- Over the last 8 years, we’ve made historic investments to make Minnesota the best place to live, work, and raise a family. Today, we rank as the best state in the nation for quality of life.
- On Gun Violence Awareness Day, we remember those we lost, stand with survivors, and recommit to keeping our communities safe. No family should have to endure the heartbreak of preventable gun violence. In Minnesota, we are taking action to build a safer future for everyone.
- Minnesotans are demanding accountability for the violence the federal government brought to our state. This council will ensure that Minnesotans stories are not forgotten.
- This Pride Month and every day, Minnesota will continue to defend the civil rights and protections of our LGBTQ+ neighbors. We’re grounded in love over hate and we’ll do everything we can to stay that way. Happy Pride, Minnesota!
- I was honored to stand alongside the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, the University of Minnesota, and legislators as we transferred 3,400 acres of land back to its original caretakers. I’m grateful for the work we’ve done to strengthen Tribal-state relations.
