    A 51 yo🙍‍♀️ p/w aphasia & hemiplegia •TTE ➡️ assess for a cardiac source of emboli after CVA •Membranous ventricular septal aneurysm may lead to blood stasis and thrombus •Color Doppler and UEAs can be used to dx or exclude thrombus @CASEfromASE bit.ly/3hFaBPg
