Had a lot of great races at NXR Heartland today. Boys varsity team placed 2nd in the region! If NXN wouldn’t have been cancelled, the boys would be headed to Portland! Either way, it’s the highest a Nebraska team has EVER placed in the region!

Girls State XC Champs: 2011, 2016, 2017, 2024! Boys State XC Champs: 2008, 2009, 2015, 2016! Boys State Track Champs: 2016!
- Seth finishes 4th at Edinburgh!
- Double district champs! On to State next Friday!
- Seth Hirsch with a state meet record 8:57 for the win in the boys 3200!
- Boys and girls headed to State! Girls district runner-up, boys district champs!
- Boys are state runner-up! #1-Sr. 37sec faster than PR last year to get 3rd, #2-So. in 1st state meet-PR, #3-Sr. new PR, #4-Jr. in 1st state meet-PR, #’s 5/6-two frosh are 2 of the fastest 9th graders in Class A, #7-so. battled injury to run 24sec faster than state meet last year!
- Super proud of our effort today! Girls executed the race perfectly and all 5 scorers set lifetime PRs! Ranked 6th going into State and finished 3rd!Boys had 4 PRs, competed hard, and finished as State Runner-Up as a team! Congrats to our medalists - Em, Sydney, Sam, and Piercze!
