    Around 50% of men who are 40 or older have serious health condition called metabolic syndrome, including excess body fat in their midsection. These men have at least a 3x greater risk of cardiovascular disease, and a higher risk of all kinds of cancer. Don't be among them.

    My client Jim, age 56, dramatically improved his metabolic health in just over 3 months. Jim's Triglycerides levels went down in half (157 to 68). And we increased his HDL from 61 to 72. In plain English: that means Jim went from high risk to optimal.

    Week #12 of @Mangan150 program & coaching is in the books. I lost just under 25lbs, I dropping two sizes!! My snoring has been reduced by nearly 200 points & my resting heart rate is โฌ‡๏ธ 10+. Itโ€™s been a great jump start to resistance training as well. HIGHLY recommend! #JustDoIt
