- Right now there are 3000+ ⚾️ players in the NCAA transfer portal. Some, I’m sure, are leaving a place that valued them with an assumption they’ll land somewhere “better”…trying to stand out against 3000+ portal players, JUCO players, international players, & HS recruits. Crazy.
- Transfers, I read you’re “looking for a home”. Home = security, being wanted, loved, valued, & expected to contribute to family goals. Does home = where you want to go OR where you’re valued, wanted, loved, secure, expected to contribute? Grass is greener where you water it🔥

GIF - Amazing how many ppl think D3 teams are full of players that aren’t D1/D2 caliber. Winning D3 programs are full of the same types of players as “higher levels”. NCAA labels schools w/ division classifications b/c of a school’s financial resources, not b/c there’s lesser talent.
