🚨 A SECOND Labour Defence Minister has resigned. Like John Healey, he has done the right thing. He says he cannot defend ‘inadequate’ defence investment. Keir Starmer should slash welfare to fund defence, but he’s so weak he just won’t do it.

A year ago in Parliament, I asked the Labour Home Secretary whether she would scrap racist two-tier policing. She accused me of "talking nonsense". We have since seen the devastating consequences of such an approach. It must be scrapped. Everyone must be equal before the law.

Labour’s plan to shut down North Sea oil is utter lunacy. They’d rather buy oil from Putin’s Russia than have us drill it in Aberdeen. We need to maximise extraction of our own oil and gas to cut bills, protect jobs, and deliver energy security.

Last night's attack in North Belfast was brutal and utterly horrific. The local people who intervened showed immense bravery. We need the facts about the attacker to avoid an information vacuum. If our borders have failed, it is yet another reminder why they must be secured.
