Most existential questions have no clear answer. What is my purpose in life? What happens after I die? Is there a higher power guiding my destiny? Does my dog have a soul? Other "existential questions," however, are answered by 2 U.S.C. §§ 192 & 194. Compliance is mandatory.

Alabama has a 12% premature birth rate, third worst in the US, and an infant mortality rate of 7.4/1000, fifth worst in the US. Most of Alabama's counties don't have a hospital with obstetrical services. If "every life is precious" to you, why aren't you fixing that?

So, about Alex Jones. 1) In the Sandy Hook lawsuit, he's asked to produce emails. 2) He does, but his counsel doesn't review any of them, they just dump them on the plaintiffs. 3) The plaintiffs' consultants see child pornography. They contact the FBI, as they should. /1

No surprise: @AOC and @ewarren are right about taxes, while the @GOP and the lobbyists and the corporate-funded "think tanks" are wrong about them. We didn't get any GDP or wage growth from the Trump tax cuts, we just got companies buying back shares and a bigger deficit.

Statutory rape laws criminalize the perpetrator's conduct, not the victim's. Thus, the question is: does the adult perpetrator have a constitutional right to have sex with a minor? The victim's rights don't change the answer, which is and should be "absolutely not."

I've seen criticism of "like 10 people." The ten richest Americans are worth $730 billion. The fourteen richest American families (excluding the Koch brothers, so no double-counting) are worth $511 billion. Together, they're worth more than 60% of Americans combined.

When we say “tax the rich,” we mean nesting-doll yacht rich. For-profit prison rich. Betsy DeVos, student-loan-shark rich. Trick-the-country-into-war rich. Subsidizing-workforce-w-food-stamps rich. Because THAT kind of rich is simply not good for society, & it’s like 10 people.

Looking at her list, @SenWarren could've made more -- much more -- if she hadn't been so selective, if she hadn't stuck to work consistent with her principles. The vast majority of her work was standing up for consumers and small businesses. /1

When I find out someone is a racist, I note my vehement objection to their views by hosting a private fundraiser for them at my mansion in the Hamptons, for which tickets cost from $5,600 to $250,000, depending on how much access you want to the racist, whose views I reject.
