Trump can declare NY in insurrection and arrest the judge if he sentences him. And he would be 100% correct to do so. No one state can arrest the head of executive branch of all states. It's sedition. Virginia could not arrest Lincoln. There is no legal loophole.

The short answer is no. However, there was a period of time when Vance was the acting president. Both the vice president and president's term ends at noon exactly. At that moment, JD Vance, who was sworn in, is the acting president until Trump is sworn in.

The ROI on Mars colonization is all the resources of an entire planet. An. Entire. Planet. It may take 100 years for the investment to reenter the market (hopefully far shorter), but the value of that trade will be hard to imagine.

How about you add Oregon State and WSU to get to 20 teams the set up two divisions. A western division and an eastern division. Then name the western division the pac 10 and the eastern division the big 10. And have the championship game in the rose bowl in Pasadena.
