- If my alloBMT patients die, I feel personally responsible. I know it is irrational. Curiously never feel that way with non BMT cases, or even auto/CAR-T. Do other BMT tweeps feel that way? Weird form of decision guilt? Been doing BMT for a while and do realize it sounds crazy :(
