Garron offered such a reasonable take on the issue and the level of criticism he's received is unbelievable. People are allowed to have different ideas to one another. If that bothers you then it might be a dictatorship you're after

The engine of democracy is the competition of ideas. The best ideas percolate to the top and become policy. The silencing of majority views by a minority is authoritarian & damages that democracy. Garron Noone is a fine comedian & should be allowed speak.

The EU is trying to impose hate speech legislation onto Ireland. The Government knows the majority of Irish people don't want this and are not pushing back at all. Thanks to @Niall_Boylan for having me on.

I would never stand for any party other than Aontú. The leadership and integrity of @Toibin1 is what I what to replicate in South Kildare. Vote for someone who will fight for you! #GE24 #kildaresouth #aontu

We were out tonight with @lifeinstitute to protest The Assisted Dying Bill. We need to be vocal and stand up for the vulnerable!

I can't believe that 1677 people gave me their first preference! I decided to run in the locals back in February and since then I've been continually bowled over by the support from my community! Go raibh míle maith agat 💚

The ending of an unborn child's life is not miraculous. Is a compassionate society one where abortion is normalised to such an extent that we laugh about it over our morning coffee?

My mam provided an invaluable service by being a stay-at-home mother. But there is no value placed on her contributions to society. She is classed as a 'dependent' and is further penalised through tax individualisation. It's time we valued the work of stay-at-home parents.

The same people will be posting on international women's day 'celebrating' women despite not using their power to protect our rights and spaces. Fair play to Emer and the other 9 councillors who weren't afraid to stand on the side of truth!

Major props to UCD L&H for going ahead with the debate! "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
