    My favorite way for Fluoro-guided pericardiocentesis learnt from @HeartDrHanna 1-90 degree lateral (you can get fairly quick) 2-Identify xiphoid under x-ray with your finger 3- needle of choice filled with 100% contrast (my fav is micropuncture in small pts and spinal in large

    LM #perforation is a feared complication. Our case managed by #Papyrus from Lcx into LM while having stent target in LAD, Astato puncture into LAD with final Culotte stenting! Patient went home next day #CardioTwitter #cardioED #ACCFIT #CTO #PCI @KAlaswadMD

    A must-read for #CTO #PCI operators. 1-Start (XT or Gladius/Pilot 200), finish with MG 2- Rolling vs travelling knuckles 3-Redirect if explodes, can change wire to restart 4-Ok for retro knuckle to be bigger unlike antegrade one. #cardiotwitter #ACCFIT jacc.org/doi/full/10.10…
