    Excitement is building ahead of the Scotland v Pakistan match. Can 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 pull off a shock victory? Seems unlikely, but stranger things have happened. As you can see, I missed out on selection for the Scotland team. May the best team win. @babarazam258 @wasimakramlive @ukinpakistan

    After many recommendations, I finally made it to Sukkur Barrage. It did not disappoint. What a feat of engineering. Pakistan should be proud of having the single largest irrigation system of its kind in the world. The statistics and volumes of water involved are staggering.

    The scale of @nicvd_karachi’s services are truly staggering. Their 10 hospitals see 2.3 million patients annually - more than 1% of the entire population of 🇵🇰. If that sounds extraordinary, imagine what it will achieve when the new 1200-bed and paediatric facility are complete.

    Fantastic to visit Berbera and see its potential and new opportunities for #Somaliland. 🇬🇧 investments have: - Rehabilitated the Berbera-Burao road, reducing travel times by 40% 🚚 - Helped create 1,300 jobs in the port and SEZ 💼 - Built a market for 60+ women fish traders 🛍️

    Everyone knows that I adore cakes from Bombay Bakery. But Auntie Munaver’s milk pudding has got to be Pakistan’s - possibly the world’s - tastiest? In my estimation it’s a clear 10 out 10, i.e. absolutely flawless. Feel free to disagree while I eat it.

    Not every day that one gets to visit a world heritage site that is 4,500 years’ old. Mohenjo-daro is the spectacular ancient Indus Valley Civilisation, which was discovered only a hundred years ago. A must see for all visitors. @CTurnerFCDO @ukinpakistan @Shafqat_Mahmood
