    44.21s!!🔥🔥 Michael Norman 🇺🇸 opened up his season at the Oxy Invitational in Los Angeles, clocking a time of 44.21s to win the men's 400m! It's his fastest opener since 2019 when he ran 43.45s. Johnnie Blockburger 🇺🇸 was 2nd in 45.20s and Isaiah Jewett 🇺🇸 3rd in 45.50s.

    What a bitter sweet first Olympic experience. Proud to represent team USA and bring home gold in the men’s 4x4, yet I feel very unaccomplished. What’s done is done but just know I will be back stronger next year.
