BJP MP Tejasvi Surya in Lok Sabha yesterday: What is happening today in Delhi's Shaheen Bagh is a stark reminder that if the majority of this country is not vigilant, the patriotic Indians do not stand up to this, the days of Mughal Raj coming back to Delhi are not far away.

When Devesh Kapur writes like this, we must take heed: “It’s a pity…that India’s theme for the summit, ‘One World, One Family, One Future’ does not seem to extend to itself. The most pressing challenges facing India come from within, not without.”

I personally don’t know of a student of Indian politics in my generation who has not been touched—directly or indirectly—by @pbmehta’s intelligence, humanity, mentorship, and fundamental goodness. Others may choose overlook these traits. But we will continue to treasure them.
