- Aurizon and Progress Rail in the Oxley Electorate are doing amazing work modernising their existing diesel locomotives into battery electric models. I visited the site in Redbank alongside @CatherineKingMP to see their innovative approach and the jobs being created in our area.

- It was great to be at Serviceton South SS today to chat with some enthusiastic year 6’s about how great our democracy is. In my role, I have taken civics education all across the country, and it is so special to see local Inala kids so invested in our country.

- Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our community, and events like the Oxley Community Festival wouldn’t happen without them. Today, we recognised their tireless dedication to their community at the amazing Oxley Heroes Awards at the Oxley Bowls Club Community Festival.

00:00 - It was a great week bringing the Parliament to Schools in WA. I had the privilege of visiting 11 electorates across the State. Today I was in Pearce with Tracey Roberts MP at Pearsall Primary School. I also visited Wilson Primary School yesterday with Zaneta Masceranhas MP.
- Today is Thank a First Responder Day where we recognise the 300,000 paid and volunteer first responders in Australia who keep us safe.To say thank you, this week I dropped off morning tea to all our Police Stations across the Oxley Electorate including the great team at Goodna Police Station who work so hard to keep our community safe.
