- It is with heavy hearts that we share the loss of two friends and co-workers struck while on striping operations. Kaitlyn Anderson and James Brooks were killed in a crash on Telegraph over I-255 in south St. Louis County. A third injured co-worker went to the hospital.

- Flash flooding due to the current rain coming through the area is temporarily closing more roadways in the region. At this moment, it looks like I-64 near Hampton is closed in both directions, as well as more lanes on I-70 into downtown. gatewayguide.com// has the latest.

- Tomorrow, June 27: all lanes of I-44 near Shrewsbury will reopen. WB by 2 p.m., EB by 7 p.m., with the EB ramp shortly thereafter. The area will still need resurfacing and new stripes, which is on track to be completed by fall.
