May 18-29, #JMOD conducted a capacity building project on outboard motor maintenance for Vietnam People’s Navy (VPN). 14 VPN participants completed basic practical course, successfully enhanced their skills. This new initiative further deepened defense cooperation between 🇯🇵🇻🇳.
