- Only c.8% of Shell's sales are from the UK and most of that £32 billion profit was earned overseas. Two years ago Shell made NO operating profits. Same in 2015. If our policy is "take money off any UK companies that have a good year" then we will indeed have fun staying poor.Shell have announced record profits of £32 billion, a rate of £90 million profit every day in 2022.
