I failed out of college the first year. It took me 8 years to graduate. I wore expensive clothes. I racked up credit card debt. I failed at side hustles. That was before I turned 30. I became a millionaire by late 30s. It's never too late to change the direction.

If I was buying a house right now, it would be very hard to accept a 7.5% interest rate after seeing sub 3%. Am I the only one that struggles with this?
