Humbled beyond words to have been elected as the first ever Labour MP for The Home of the British Army. After over 100 years of Aldershot & Farnborough only electing Conservatives, we have voted for change. Thank you to my neighbours. I will give everything to repay your trust.

It’s disappointing some people feel it’s okay to behave like this - especially when they see me out for lunch with my young family. I’ll always be ready to discuss the issues that matter most to my neighbours. But this behaviour gets us nowhere and I will not be intimidated.

Sewage was dumped into the River Blackwater for 573 hours last year. I won’t stand by and let this keep happening. The legend that is @Feargal_Sharkey joined me in Darby Green to survey the pollution that has been done to our river.

Twelve years ago I was a Pandemonium Drummer in the Industrial Revolution scene of the London 2012 Opening Ceremony. The @Olympics always brings back proud and happy memories for me of the summer when our country welcomed The World. Good luck @Paris2024 and c’mon @TeamGB!
