I suspected it before, but now I'm sure of it - the Speed China visit is being curated by the government to show off China to young westerners. No regular tourist would just show up and have all these chance meetings and opportunities fall in their laps.

From what I understood it's self-navigating, so it doesn't really need controls other than those to enter a destination. It's safer that way IMO - normies have enough trouble driving cars as it is.

Gee, if only Niji hadn't shown themselves to do stealth suspensions, then I wouldn't have to doubt this and then feel bad about doubting this. MAYBE IT'S BAD FOR AGENCIES TO DO STEALTH SUSPENSIONS. MAYBE THAT ACTUALLY HELPS NOBODY IN THE LONG RUN.
