Lots of talk about dual-payload ADC recently. Excited for what we’re building at @Crossbridgebio, especially since we’re ADC through and through. My CSO developed Padcev at Agensys. Our linker tech was developed in house and I brought the inventors in! NHP tox study dosing soon.

Some know my story, but after my parents divorced when I was 7 (both my parents are great) my mom did all she could to raise us. That meant growing up in HUD homes, using WIC and food stamps. The world I’m in now still feels so foreign to me. I still have much to learn.

Talked to a family office last night. “We’ll write a $5M get to know you check, but we want to start doing $20M-$30M sized bets.” They said they’re tired of investing in funds because while having average performance is fine, they want to make a direct impact and bigger returns.

Excited to announce the close of our $10M seed financing! We’ve got a good group of investors aligned with supporting the derisking of our next-generation ADC platform! businesswire.com/news/home/2024…

Our project and token: vitarna. We’re developing a gene therapy asset for aging and rare disease. Planning a safety study in mice. Have Lonza (a reputable manufacturer) working on making our drug candidate, Artan-102. More info at vitarna.xyz.

Maybe I’ve missed it, but is there a good resource on building a biotech (therapeutics-focused) budget? This is one area that I personally need to optimize better. Any advice from VCs who often look at Seed and Series A budgets would be helpful!

In the spirit of #DeSci, we just got data from our CRO that shows our AAV9-based gene therapy for aging has activity in vitro! Will be posting the report on GitHub shortly. We hope to be working with CDMOs soon to scale up production. Appreciate the support and backing of
