Schools aren't closing because of community transfer, they are closing because of transfer within schools. Those who lobbied to remove social distancing in schools should reflect on their part in this debacle.

- The Minister is saying that children's opportunities are limited if they don't attend a grammar school. Has Every School a Good School been binned?AQE have decided, due to COVID-19, that the transfer tests cannot proceed this year. This severely limits parental choice & children’s opportunities, with disappointment for many children & parents. I will continue to work with all stakeholders in these difficult circumstances.
