No company however great, can be greater than the people who work for it.

Those medical facilities that charge high C-19 medical bills and use @nwscug water bills as excuse, should use other reasons! Our analysis shows no significant changes in water bills, pre and during C-19 era. The range of water bills is 1m/= to 7m/= (big hospitals) per month.

We have made a lot of progress in testing Katosi WTP and the transmission system. Water has reached Sonde Reservoirs but is still being cleaned through flushing of water pipes. The no water situation is about to be history. Kindly bear with us. We equally feel the pain.

The difference between mediocrity and greatness is, partly, in the mindset towards knowledge: great minds are desirous to continuously learn new ideas while mediocres claim to know it all.

Our customers of Kyengera and surrounding areas, you have acute water supply challenges due to burnt pump cards at Gabba WWT. This was caused by system distress from power outages. We are making emergency measures to rectify the problem. We have to import some custom-made parts.

We are coming to completion of Katosi Water Treatment Plant (WTP) with its accompanying transmission pipe appurtanances. We had a small but critical technical logistical hitch that we have overcome. The water supply shortage issues in greater Kampala area will soon be history.

Companies that invest strongly in customer care operations will continue to, organically, catch up with competitive market forces. If you want to stay mundane, stay comfortable with what you have.

Dear friends: we commenced the technical process of connecting Katosi WTP to customers’ taps. Again this is a process: we may experience some technical hick-ups like pipe bursts, water quality gaps, power outages etc but @nwscug has sufficient capacity to respond adequately.

Dear friends: we are making good progress, testing the new Katosi WTP, transmission and reservoirs. We have experienced leaking joints at some pipe points that we worked on. Seeta and Mukono reservoir systems are quite OK now. Sonde system had a challenge that has been solved.

A poor performing staff is a direct result of poor development by a team leader. Successful organisations focus on staff development plans.
